For Cemex's shunting yard, a video surveillance system was designed with the installation of cameras throughout all the facilities in order to reduce vandalism, theft, make the management of entry and exit of trucks more efficient, in addition to increasing the security of both staff and visitors.
The implementation of this system considerably reduced the cases of vandalism and saw an increase in the productivity of the personnel using these facilities.
